Give the course, tee time and agreed arrival point. Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore and The Links are separate course identities; Casa de Campo alone does not identify your clubhouse.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Confirm the golf booking

Check course access and reporting time directly with the operator. Transport does not include green fees, rental equipment or admission. Verify course availability for your dates.

## Count every golf case

Supply travellers, ordinary suitcases and club bags. Seating capacity and equipment space are different. Agree the load before the vehicle is assigned.

## Define the return plan

A round does not finish at a guaranteed minute. Decide whether the vehicle waits or returns later and how to report a changed finish. An airport departure needs its own timing check.
