Day trips require their own route and schedule. Send the intended stops, passenger count and return time so dispatch can assess a separate transport arrangement.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Separate transport and admission

A road journey does not include attraction tickets, boats, guiding or private-resort access. Confirm those services with the relevant operator before setting collection times.

## Choose a manageable itinerary

Allow time between stops, for meals and at each venue. A list of distant attractions may not fit one comfortable day. Ask the team to assess the road plan.

## Agree waiting and collection
