Plan around the exact restaurant and a confirmed return collection. A one-way drop-off does not automatically keep a driver waiting until dinner finishes.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Identify venue and access

Send the current restaurant name and pin. A venue inside a controlled estate may require admission arrangements. Confirm these with the venue rather than treating transport as an entry pass.

## Choose a return arrangement

Agree a time or an explicitly confirmed wait. Supply a reachable contact and road-accessible point. Contact dispatch before assuming a delayed meal can move the original plan.

## Request an evening quote

An airport fare is not an hourly evening service. Include everyone, child seats and intended stops so the complete outing can be accepted and priced.
