## Direct answer

The base VIP fare covers one to six passengers. Seven to fourteen add $40 per leg. Bulky luggage, child seats and separate flight arrivals still need a vehicle plan confirmed by dispatch.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Build one complete load list

Count children and include suitcases, strollers, golf cases and rigid equipment. Seating capacity does not guarantee unlimited luggage space. Send dimensions for unusually large items.

## Decide who travels together

Guests on different flights may need separate vehicles. Waiting for a later flight changes the plan. Larger parties require a group quote rather than an unconfirmed division into several cars.

## Check the group return

Confirm the party and departure airport for each vehicle. The 5% discount applies to matching legs booked together; the form includes the group supplement before calculating the combined reduction.
