Touchdown-to-driver time varies with airport processing and baggage. Supply the scheduled flight and update dispatch when an unusual delay changes your exit.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Allow for the steps inside

Leaving the aircraft, entry procedures and bag collection precede the meeting. Conditions vary by flight; one fixed minute estimate cannot describe every passenger's arrival.

## Explain delays inside the terminal

If bags are delayed or assistance takes longer, tell the team when practical. Saying only that the aircraft landed does not establish when you can meet. The driver cannot resolve an airline baggage case.

## Protect later reservations

Add the road journey and hotel check-in before scheduling a meal or excursion. Ask the activity provider about flexibility when it follows an international flight.
