# Early arrival or late flight: coordinate hotel and transfer times

## Direct answer

A road transfer does not include early room access or late checkout. Arrange those with the accommodation before deciding how to use the extra hours.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Arriving before check-in

Ask about luggage storage and facilities before the room is ready. Villas may have no staffed reception, so establish a key-handover contact instead of assuming access.

## Leaving after checkout

Agree where bags will be stored and where the car can collect you. A temporary waiting area should not silently change the driver's instructions. Keep your contact available.

## Additional destinations need agreement

A shopping or restaurant visit changes the itinerary. Confirm route, baggage, waiting and cost before adding it, and protect the airline's reporting deadline.
