# Protect your LRM reservation at the arrival meeting

LRM VIP travel planning

## Direct answer

Verify the booking before following someone to a car. A confident greeting or a sign with a familiar name does not by itself identify your reserved driver.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Use your established contact

Contact the number saved when booking. Ask dispatch to resolve a mismatch in passenger name or destination before moving away from the meeting point. Do not rely on a new number supplied by an unknown person.

## Check unexpected changes

An unfamiliar vehicle or payment request should be verified through the booking channel. Never share banking passwords or one-time codes to obtain a transfer.

## Keep destination details precise

Show the complete property name if needed, protecting personal information that is unnecessary for transport. Several resorts can share a brand while belonging to different zones.
