# Private flight to LRM: coordinate the handler-to-driver handover

LRM VIP travel planning

## Direct answer

Send the aircraft and handling details for a permitted landside pickup. A VIP road reservation does not include airside access, private-lounge admission or airport concierge services.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Follow the actual handler's process

Ask the FBO or flight handler to confirm the handover and supply a suitable contact. Commercial arrival instructions may not apply. Do not assume LRM has a dedicated Casa de Campo private terminal.

## Name the final estate destination

Hotel, villa, marina and golf destinations need different directions. Send guest authorization and the actual address. Arriving privately does not remove estate access requirements.

## Connect schedule changes

Update the handler and transport team when timing changes. Confirm people and luggage, including sports equipment. Authorized airport assistance must be arranged with its provider separately.
