Build wedding transport around confirmed flights and receptions. Guests attending one event may still need several vehicles when their arrival times differ.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Create a practical manifest

List flight, local arrival date, lead passenger, property and party size. Include seats and bulky baggage. Share only dispatch information, avoiding passport and payment details.

## Separate event movements

Airport arrival, ceremony transport and an evening return are different services. Define each venue entrance and schedule. Parties above published vehicle capacity need a group quote.

## Give each vehicle a contact

Choose an organizer and a reachable travelling passenger for each group. Send final instructions before flying and report changed itineraries directly to dispatch.
