# When to reserve LRM VIP: book after confirming your itinerary

## Direct answer

Request transport once flights and accommodation are firm, especially for seats, larger vehicles or coordinated pickups. An online fare does not itself establish availability.

VIP prices are in USD per vehicle, one-way for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. For 7–14 passengers, an executive van adds $40 per leg.

## Declare special requirements early

Mobility needs, unusual baggage and larger groups may limit vehicle choices. Include them in the first request rather than revising an unsuitable assignment later.

## Keep the acceptance

The form sends an inquiry and estimate. Check the written confirmation for date, airport, property and total. Use the published contact to establish availability for urgent requests.
