Retain the airline report
Follow the carrier's tracing instructions and save the report reference. The airline controls recovery and delivery; the driver cannot retrieve a bag from the aircraft or baggage system.
Update the road meeting
Give your booking name and explain that reporting is in progress. Avoid promising an exit time before the desk finishes. Tell dispatch when you are ready.
Set the delivery address carefully
Give the airline the correct hotel or host details. A later bag collection is not included automatically in your transfer. A separate courier journey needs authorization and a new agreement.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
