Follow the actual handler's process
Ask the FBO or flight handler to confirm the handover and supply a suitable contact. Commercial arrival instructions may not apply. Do not assume LRM has a dedicated Casa de Campo private terminal.
Name the final estate destination
Hotel, villa, marina and golf destinations need different directions. Send guest authorization and the actual address. Arriving privately does not remove estate access requirements.
Connect schedule changes
Update the handler and transport team when timing changes. Confirm people and luggage, including sports equipment. Authorized airport assistance must be arranged with its provider separately.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
