Identify the flight operation
An airline flight number and private aircraft registration require different coordination. Do not select a meeting point by borrowing terminal labels from another airport.
Commercial arrivals
Finish airport formalities and baggage collection, then follow the confirmation. If airport staff direct you through a different exit, message dispatch with your actual public meeting location.
Private aviation handovers
Ask the handler or FBO to coordinate the landside handover. A VIP car does not grant airside access, lounge admission or expedited immigration. Do not assume LRM has a dedicated Casa de Campo private terminal.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
