Ask when the vehicle leaves
Check whether a shuttle waits for other flights and makes intermediate hotel stops. A private reservation is coordinated around the flight details you supply, although airport processing still happens before the vehicle meeting.
Check the actual destination
A shuttle route may use a particular collection point or require a connection. For your VIP inquiry, select the full property name. A resort brand with several locations is not a complete destination.
Calculate for the whole party
Compare per-person charges with the VIP vehicle estimate for all travellers. Include children, baggage and seats. Agree additional stops or unusual equipment before accepting the booking.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
