Keep different offers distinct
Ask each provider about the destination, group size, bags, payment method and stops. Do not treat an estimated third-party fare as an official tariff or assume the same vehicle and conditions.
Read the VIP tariff correctly
Our hotel directory assigns each property to a zone. The base price covers one vehicle for one to six passengers. Select the actual journey and passenger count in the form to see the relevant estimate.
Retain the agreement
Save the confirmation and payment instructions. A submitted LRM VIP form is a request for acceptance; do not assume a vehicle is dispatched until the team confirms your reservation.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
