Write LRM, PUJ or SDQ beside each date and flight. Include the hotel and local travel dates; similar flight times do not make different airport routes equivalent.
Request the second fare
Ask dispatch to confirm each route, vehicle, total and collection time. The matching-route discount does not promise the same price for a longer or different return.
Verify before checkout
Compare the airline confirmation with the transport instructions. Report changed airports promptly; discovering the mismatch at the destination airport leaves little room to recover.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
