A city name does not identify the berth or permitted drop-off. Confirm reporting and baggage instructions with the cruise operator. A driver cannot guarantee access beyond port controls.
Assess the arrival connection
Entry formalities and baggage happen before driving. Ask the cruise line whether your flight timing fits its boarding deadline; do not assess the connection using road time alone.
Plan disembarkation collection
Schedules and accessible meeting points can change. Supply onward flight details and report itinerary changes. The road booking is separate from cruise admission and boarding permission.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
