Use the property identity
Hilton La Romana uses our Bayahibe zone, while Dreams Dominicus uses Dominicus. Marketing and postal descriptions can cover a wider area. Check the selected hotel against your reservation.
Get boat instructions from the operator
Saona is reached by boat. Confirm the pier, reporting time and ticket directly. An airport road fare does not include a sailing or protect a missed excursion connection.
Confirm the return meeting
Ask where the group disembarks and how delays are reported. Do not assume all excursions use the same departure and return pier.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
