Use the local arrival date
Overnight flights can depart and arrive on different calendar dates. Enter the date shown for arrival at LRM and include the airline and flight number. Advise dispatch if a revised itinerary crosses midnight.
Confirm the accommodation handover
Ask about reception, keys and gate access. A road reservation cannot extend a hotel's opening hours or arrange an unconfirmed villa handover. Provide the practical entrance and host contact.
Save instructions before takeoff
Store the confirmation and hotel pin offline. If connectivity is poor, follow the agreed contact plan. Stay at an identifiable public location while dispatch coordinates the meeting.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
