Keep an offline backup
Store the number, hotel address and meeting instructions as text or screenshots. Airport Wi-Fi availability and sign-in rules can change, so do not make one wireless network your only contact plan.
Choose a travelling contact
If a relative booked but is not travelling, give dispatch a reachable passenger number. Report a SIM or phone-number change before the flight when possible.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
