Check before loading luggage
Confirm property, passengers, currency, total and stop policy. Ask who supplies the journey and how to contact them afterward. An incomplete verbal estimate is hard to compare or resolve later.
Avoid accidental double bookings
Package transfers, hotel shuttles and independent drivers can be separate services. Decide which confirmed reservation you intend to use rather than assuming an unknown greeter has replaced it.
Keep a record of the agreement
Save the confirmation and payment reference. Contact the provider with clear facts if a disagreement arises. This advice does not imply that every airport taxi or greeter is dishonest.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
