Give each child's age, height and weight and say whether you bring a seat. Ask dispatch to confirm availability and setup; a general family request does not identify the correct restraint.
Describe the folded stroller
A travel stroller and a large pram use different luggage space. Include dimensions with the suitcase count, and count infants in the passenger total.
Avoid a rushed collection
Follow the confirmed meeting instructions and check the agreed seating before departure. For the return, finish packing and checkout with time to spare.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
