Send what changed
Include airline, flight number, local arrival date and airport. Tell dispatch whether the full party still travels together. Avoid sending unnecessary payment or identity information with an itinerary image.
Wait for revised acceptance
The team must check availability and the new road plan. An LRM booking does not automatically move to PUJ, SDQ or another day with identical conditions. Ask for the revised total and instructions.
Update the hotel too
Late reception and key handover are accommodation arrangements. Missed boats or activities also need their own provider's agreement; revising the car does not revise those reservations.
Send the flight, get the price in writing
Hotel name, flight number, date and party size. We reply with the fixed rate, track the flight and meet you inside arrivals with a name sign. Pay the driver on arrival.
